RULES OF LIFE BLOCK EVOLUTION OF BLISS AND HAPPINESS

Conditioning happens in childhood but it can be changed
Thoughts are chemical reactions which can be erased
Rules block our evolution if they create negative energy
till we can question rules, we cannot evolve to happiness

Human Beings are largely conditioned robots. Our mind programming happens in early childhood and brain develops by seven years of age, as established by research .Most of our values, beliefs and should be's are set in our subconscious mind before we are 12 years old.

Every experience of life which we find negative as adults has a rule underneath about how life should be. When life is as it should not be, we feel negative. The experience feels negative because it clashes with the subset rule. Different people have different rules about happiness. goodness and God . Conflicts, frictions and wars occur because rules clash.

For example, girls are conditioned to believe that marriage is the goal of life. When the marriage does not happen or breaks down, they are made to feel like failures in life. To be happy, they have to change the rule they grow up with that marriage is necessary to feel successful, as women.

Boys are conditioned into believing that success means a big house, cars and ability to show off to others. They are told to cut down their emotional needs to pursue success. There is a clash of values in the upbringing of men and women ; wherein girls are made to focus only on emotional success through working on a  great marriage while boys are told to ignore emotional needs to be successful in the practical world. This clash of values constantly creates disputes in beliefs which are a  cause of great unrest and disharmony in society.

People differ in their rule of how happiness should be in all phases of life and feel unsuccessful when the rule clashes with outcome.

If a man feels unhappy in his job, it is because he is working to meet rules of success as set in childhood, while ignoring his emotional needs for peace and happiness. Most people associate success with money just as most kids associate success with good marks. The mind is conditioned to believe that if you have good marks above other kids or more money above other people, you will be successful . However, the school teachers fail to include happiness in the definition of success . As adults , you realize that inspite of more money, you are not happy as you are still trying to be successful by having more than others.

Pursuing blind success for money may be a result of rules which are redundant for advanced stages in life wherein we need to redefine success to find happiness from our efforts.
Likewise, if a woman feels constantly conflicted between a job and her children, it is because she feels she should earn money by sacrificing happiness. Balance of life is sacrificed as she feels she must maintain a standard of life unaffordable by a single income or that she needs to support her husband financially, to be an understanding wife. Associating happiness with money often leads to dissatisfaction in mind as several needs are sacrificed to earn money but the money earned does not increase happiness. Money needs reduce when we realize we are waste money often for buying things in excess,  because of their glitter value than use value.

.Creation of happiness requires a change of rule in the subconscious mind of how a good life should be defined.  For example, if a woman feels helpless in helping her children find happiness, there is a rule in her mind about how happiness should be which contrasts with the rule in other people’s minds about happiness..

Similarly, if a man feels unhappy because his wife does not understand him, there is a rule in his mind about how love should be or how  understanding feels, which contrasts with the rule in his wife’s mind about how to love or  understand her husband.

Rules are like spellings in life. We rote them up and use them in exactly the same way even if it is not needed, simply, because we are conditioned .

The process of expecting a positive reality is not difficult if we are used to staying positive from the beginning; but it has become difficult, due to our negative conditioning which begins at childhood. Instead of being taught how to expect and create a positive reality, we are taught the opposite.

We are constantly forced to focus on our shortcomings and warned of the worst which can happen. Once we get trained in operating on fear, we very soon fall into the loop of negativity where one negative situation leads to another.

Since mass consciousness is focused on the negative, almost everything we see or hear in the world makes us inclined to focus more  on the negative .

Metaphorically, trying to be positive ina negative thinking world is like being caught in a whirlpool in the sea. There is a very strong current which keeps pulling us down and it takes a huge amount of strength and persistence to get free of the pulling, sucking current.

Being able to get out of the whirlpool, would require not only strength but also good swimming skills.
Technical knowledge on how to develop self awareness, helps significantly while we are trying to get out of this loop of negative thinking and shifting our focus to expecting the positive.

With self awareness, each time we slip into negativity we can make a deliberate choice to ignore all that is negative as irrelevant illusions, and instead focus on the positive. The need is to shift the focus of thinking.

Even if our reality appears negative, our shift in thinking could take place through using positive imagination to visualize positive outcomes from our actions. Instead of worrying that we will fail, we have to discipline our mind to expect happiness from our efforts.

Every pattern of ;life stems from a  pattern of thinking . Reality is constructed by a dominant focus of the mind on repeated visualizations occurring subconsciously.  If we focus on negative patterns which happened in the past, we would  recreate negative experiences in life. If we train our mind to focus on positive imaginations of how life should be, we would construct new patterns of life in alignmnet with our desires, thus defeating a mass current of negative thinking embedded by conditioning.

By changing our inner conditioning from focusing on the negative towards focusing on good aspects of life, we would change in our attitudes, behaviours and expectations from life.
