ESTABLISHING A RAPPORT BETWEEN OUR CONSCIOUS MIND AND OUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

Why do you get angry, what makes you decide to feel bad ?
Where is it coming from, how do you choose to unrest ?
Is this agitation caused by a matter of today or yesterday
Or could it be a repetition of patterns over life times you had?

EVERY ANSWER IS IN YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND
KNOW YOUR INNER SELF AS YOU TRY TO CONTROL YOUR HEAD

Einstein said that an average person uses only about 6-8% of his mind.
Milton Ericsson compared the rapport between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind to that of horse and a rider. If the reins are too tight, the horse doesn’t move and if the reins are too loose, the horse runs wild. So, we need to keep a balance between the two for a smooth ride in life.
Negative or unpleasant feelings cannot be suppressed Negative or unpleasant feelings cannot be suppressed. They need to be addressed and reframed

To move towards achieving excellence in life, we need to take our core negative beliefs about life stored in the subconscious mind into consideration. We have to break negative energy circuits running in our minds, by healing  issues which make us feel negative, from the root cause.
A superficial approach   to handling negative feelings does not yield long-term results.

If we ignore the issues the subconscious mind brings up through creating unpleasant feelings in our body or mind, sooner or later the problems get worse.

Very often, and largely due to due to lack on skills in emotional management ,we continue continue living with  negative feelings but do not try to reflect inside our minds on what is going wrong.
We indulge in behaviours which are considered socially appropriate because we hope that they would get us the outcome that we desire internally.

And , though subconsciously we realize that the outcome that is being achieved in not satisfying our intention behind that action/behavior, we continue indulging in that behaviour because we do not understand what else to do  to get the outcome we desire

The subconscious mind thus creates stress and diseases, so that we take a break and look within. But, instead of taking a break and looking within, we start living with the stress and diseases, as fatalities of life.

In fact, usually, we do not connect the stress with our choices of thinking or action in life. We try to heal the stress without changing our actions and behaviors, but that does not work. The stress keeps coming back because the core issue is not resolved.
Our quality of life suffers, as our dominant focus remains on negative feelings and very often, we get caught in a whirlpool of negativity or a vicious circle of negativity, where one negative feeling reinforces another.

Practicing techniques of emotional management helps in developing a rapport between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind so that we can look within ourselves to understand what we really intend to achieve through our efforts.
When the conflict between our conscious goals and our subconscious goals is resolved, the subconscious mind automatically aids us in moving towards excellence with peace.
